You'll have to flight again between 1/6/2022 – 2/28/2022 in order to get Companion flies free with you, silly. It's like buy 2 get 1 free, not buy 1 get 1 free. //@Anonymous: that's right, totally agree! //@Anonymous: So how are you travelling by 11/18 and the companion flies in January? Screwed up deal.

best or worst, it's not BOGO-free type. It's "buy one get the 2nd one 50% off of base fair". The discount is lame. It wasted me quite some time to get to the price breakdown.

We fly primarily Alaska, love their service, attitudes, reasonable rates, and schedules. We both have their credit card, best perks of all air travel credit cards.

I flew Alaska RNO to SEA class Y in July, it was my first time on the airline. They actually had a turboprop which was a little loud. I guess these things work better when its very cold?
Anyway, service was unremarkable, no cabin service and not particularly friendly or particularly unfriendly crew. Some of the planes on the tarmac had cool paint jobs, but the guy on the tail of most of the planes creeps me out.

I've never had a good experience on air Canada, on the ground or in the year. Last time I flew with them was August 2019 (Shanghai to Montreal to IAD). First time was in 2004. //@anonymous: The Canada Air is one of the best airlines. Great service and polite customer service staff and fly attendants.
