I switched to an android after the iPhone 4 came out and never looked back at iOS. However now my work requires an iOS device to run company apps. I could've just switched back to an iPhone but I just can't stand it anymore. 7200 rpm for a NAS drive, which WD Red is technically designed for, is almost an oxymoron. Unless you are on 2.5 Gbps setup, a 5400 rpm drive will effectively use up all the network bandwidth on sustained read/write. If you care about burst read/write speed, then why bother with a HDD on the first place.
