So this past Saturday I contacted Amazon customer service again, and the representative filed an Amazon A-to-z Guarantee claim for me. A couple of minutes ago I received a message that my credit card got the refund, but the return shipping cost was not included. I believe if you are facing the same issue with the seller, just contact Amazon directly. According to customer service, you don’t even need to ship the glue stick back to get the refund. You will always need an IPhone to set the Apple Watch up. It does not have to be on cellular, wifi is fine, but you need an IPhone.
