The seller then initiated a return process and also told me that they had already shipped a replacement, which I should receive in 3–5 days. However, I waited for more than a week and the replacement never arrived. As a result, I shipped the glue stick back at my own expense and provided the tracking number to the seller. Yes, after the company sent me an email and said will ship the item again in 3-5 business days. Gave them 2 weeks and didn’t receive it. So contacted Amazon again and they claimed A-to-Z Guarantee and I got refund back in 2/3days

A couple of minutes ago I received a message that my credit card got the refund, but the return shipping cost was not included. We have firesticks on all our tvs. Picked up a new tv for our bedroom that happened to have roku built in, I have to say I'm impressed with the roku os. Easy to navigate, apps never hang or need to be manually closed like on the firestick sometime.
