Yes, after the company sent me an email and said will ship the item again in 3-5 business days. Gave them 2 weeks and didn’t receive it. So contacted Amazon again and they claimed A-to-Z Guarantee and I got refund back in 2/3days

So this past Saturday I contacted Amazon customer service again, and the representative filed an Amazon A-to-z Guarantee claim for me. A couple of minutes ago I received a message that my credit card got the refund, but the return shipping cost was not included. I believe if you are facing the same issue with the seller, just contact Amazon directly. According to customer service, you don’t even need to ship the glue stick back to get the refund. Subscription is not required, it is good if working, but weird bug/feature that the basic functionality including turning on the light will be gone if no connectivity. It takes a few seconds longer to pull videos from the sync module storage, and that's about the difference i am experiencing without the subscription. You just have to make sure the connection is good between cameras and sync module. //@Anonymous: Subscription is not required, it is good if working, but weird bug/feature that the basic functionality including turning on the light will be gone if no connectivity. If you don't want to pay subscription, look into getting a sync module, which can take a USB flash drive as storage for all the videos. You can notifications for motions if you armed the cameras.
