The $15 credit is applied after 30 days. The $15 credit makes this a decent deal, but an 82-pack is $0.20 per tab rather than the $0.29 for the 64-pack. Also available way, way cheaper at Sam's Club and Costco (right now $17.99 for a 100-pack).
You're paying for delivery convenience. As long as you are happy with that, take advantage of the deal!
