I've used Defender and Commuter since 2015 (my wife gets commuter, I get defender) on Galaxy phones. I find that the commuter is easier to carry and work with (particularly with large phones) and has always been fine in preventing damage. Just my 2 cents.

Best iphone for the price, by far. If you need the absolute best camera, then pay $800-1000 for one of the new ones. But this camera is still good (better than the iphone X for example) and other than that there's no real reason to pay more.

I talked to a friend who works in the electronics department at Walmart in NY. He said that you just have to activate it, even if it's on a plant that you already own. They do this so that you do not just buy it and resell it. You get like 15 days or something like that.

Also, you have to use a monthly payment plan through your carrier, which is odd. I want mine unlocked so that I can use it overseas in December, he said that as soon as Walmart issues the $500 credit, you can pay it off, then request that it be unlocked. This is a bit of a hassle in my opinion, but I'll likely try. He also said that they sometimes make exceptions and unlock phones if you tell them that you are traveling, but all carriers are different. //@Anonymous: Is this deal restricted to new customers or new lines of service only, regardless of carrier? That’s because it is lol. Why would Apple make a phone worse than the previous year? //@anonymous: every new iPhone is claimed to be the best ever.

Apple is not very friendly to its customers. They downgrade old products after new products coming out to force more consumers to upgrade hardware. Also IOS system is getting bigger and bigger that only newer products can function properly with the latest version. I have old apple products and the ios auto upgraded now I cannot use them any more.

Yes. Better than previous one but it doesn't mean it's the best in the industry yet. //@Anonymous: every new iPhone is claimed to be the best ever.
