These last for a few years until they become outdated. But this is not the subscription form. You will be able to use it for a few years (6-7?). Check Microsoft website to see when it would expire

Can this be used to existing subscription?

Existing MS, BB, Amazon subscriptions? If an existing Amazon subscription, then yes. It'll show as a separate item for a few minutes then eventually update (within 5 minutes) to add to your current Amazon MS365 Family subscription (if you have an existing Amazon MS365 Family subscription. //@Anonymous: Can this be used to existing subscription?

I had MS365 Family subscription a few days ago from Microsoft website. Can I buy this to extend? //@Anonymous: Existing MS, BB, Amazon subscriptions? If an existing Amazon subscription, then yes. I did that last year. Purchased via MS website. Then purchased another MS365 Family via Amazon. When activating, had to log into the MS account I used originally. It showed two for a little bit, but they merged and it extended the subscription. Can't guarantee this will, but it should and you can always contact customer support if not. Only downfall, is the subscription will then be managed via Amazon, rather than MS Office. So you're locked into Amazon for getting more extensions, rather than say from MS website, NewEgg, BestBuy, etc. //@Anonymous: I had MS365 Family subscription a few days ago from Microsoft website.
