They either cancel your order or if you want to return the case because they are defective, they take your return and DO NOT GIVE MONEY BACK. You have to make a BANK CLAIM. And I didnt get my money back even with Claim since Verizon claimed they returned my money which they did not.

Better not to get into this deal. Customer service is bad.
They have no clue of past and present customer. For resolving issues, we have to run from pillar to post. There website is down quite often.
The Gift card validity will be only 6 months which will be issued only after few months of service.

Overall bad deal.
