I don't understand how this Costco offer is a great deal. An iPhone 14 Pro Max 128 from Apple is $1099 and AppleCare+ is $199 so the total is $1298 from Apple while Costco its $1270. $28 dollar discount plus maybe Costco / City cash back depending on membership. Am I missing something?

I'm not sure what you mean by the iPhone becomes a country. That's quite a task, but good for Apple if they pulled that one off. If you are implying the eSIM locks the phone to a country, I think that is incorrect and the Apple 14 series eSIM can store at least 8 different eSIM cards. Costco phones are unlocked. //@anonymous: What does this have to do with the Costco deal? I don’t think it’s sarcasm. It’s a foolish comment complaining about price and desire not even understanding either. Better to ignore and disregard, that’s some personal issue.
