They either cancel your order or if you want to return the case because they are defective, they take your return and DO NOT GIVE MONEY BACK. You have to make a BANK CLAIM. And I didnt get my money back even with Claim since Verizon claimed they returned my money which they did not.

they cancel your order and never refund. I had to call the bank to make a claim to get my money back. Don't buy
