Yes...I'm dealing a $1200 laptop not working and out of warranty... Dell site gives extended warranty but it doesn't go through and if you call.... they ask for over double!

Dell has the worst laptops, bought a XPS 15 last year and replaced 2 power adapters and it still does not charge the laptop occasionally. I do not understand why a company like Dell cannot figure out how to make reliable electrical connectors.
