I got one and the nozzles won’t extend. Very disappointed because I have someone to install and uninstall it for nothing. Don’t know whether anyone else has this problem.

Seriously get this. They have good warranty (3 yrs) and great customer service. One of my remote went blank after 2 yrs. They sent replacement for free. Family of four didnt have to buy toilet paper since last august, inclusive of the current covid times.

Can’t believe Costco is price gouging. Last week Walmart were selling mask for $13.00

May or may not be. But BYD is a Chinese battery and electric car maker - which invested by Warren Buffett. CA governor ordered 1 billion worth of these from BYD, and they all determined by health officials to be unsafe. So they are useless and overpriced - Don't buy! //@Anonymous: BYD, are these the returns from CA government orders?

Nope, those do not need OSHA certifications. //@Anonymous: BYD, are these the returns from CA government orders?

I believe BYD masks are of excellent quality. They are now out of stock on Costco.

Poor quality parts under the hood. I had a $1300 Surface Pro 5. It died right after the one year warranty expired. My kid's Dell Vostro costing 1/3 still is going strong after 2.5 years of abusing.

I am still using my surface pro 3 from, I dont remember how many years ago. The screen is a bit too small. Other than that, it is great.

My Surface Pro 4 has battery inflation that distorted the panel and delaminating the screen + blurry spots on the screen. MS store replaced to Surface Pro5 for free. Surface Pro 5 was much better since its i5 CPU generate less heat (battery inflation comes from high temperature aging) but recently start to show the sign of distortion + 2 spots on screen (both quarter inch diameter). I have no complains about the functionality and convenience of Surface Pro, but if quality is the top interest, it is inferior to apple products.

How is the reliability? I have a netgear R7000. The connection drops at least two or three time every day. Consider switching to this one.

Been using older model google Wifi for more than 1 year and no issues so far. Had to restart modem and router once but that was due to Comcast issues. //@Anonymous: How is the reliability?
