yeap. Bought 2 at price of 220 and installed one, which been few months. I installed it myself and it is easy to get it done if you only replace the opener, not the door. SUPER QUITE! Genies work good for older vehicles. If you have an older vehicle you need for buy a special module to work with the Chamberlain Garage door opener. The opener runs really quiet and the battery backup is a big plus when there's outage. However the opener is not as good as Chamberlain according my contractor. And I find it not working very well with the buttons on my Mercedes ML and GL SUVs. The buttons on my Mercedes can operate the opener 90% of time but other times it doesn't respond. Also the effective range is very short. I have used those buttons on another Chamberlain before and it was much much better -- I could open the garage door at about 50ft distance while for this Genie one I have to operate it right in front of the garage door.
