There’s only one complaint like that out of 10’s of thousands. There wasn’t even any details of comparison. It was you wasn’t it? //@anonymous: look at the most recent reviews if you buy:

Many many Amazon packages were delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, Lasership, etc. So their delivery persons were excluded from this? If yes it is textbook descrimination. If not how could Amazon track these persons specifically delivered Amazon packages? //@anonymous: Amazon has more than 275,000 drivers who deliver more than 10 million packages every day. So on average 7.3 thanks per driver for 2 million thanks, each driver will get 36.5 dollars on average.

| Drivers who receive the first 2 million "thank yous" will get $5 per thank you, at no cost to the customer.
Wait, does that mean he/she would get $10 million right away? Holy moly!

Lol, my last delivery was for a $3 case of Dr. Pepper. I was able to do this for both my account and my wife's. Hopefully it's the same delivery driver.

I don't call it discrimination but rather diversity. I have a year end routine to give small gifts to my USPS, Fedex and UPS drivers. But since I did this $5 with Alexa, I am probably not going to give the year end gift to Amazon delivery unless they do exceptional jobs. //@Anonymous: Many many Amazon packages were delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, Lasership, etc. So their delivery persons were excluded from this? I delivered my own package back to the UPS store to return it to Amazon. Can I get $5 too?

I just did this & the Alexa “will share with USPS.” Are they attempting to phase out their drivers? I also read somewhere that their pay will be less because now they receive “tips,” and they are taxed on tips as well. Not sure I fully trust Amazon. The company doesn’t have that “give back” vibe.

This article on Amazon's initiative to give $5 for each 'Thank You' to delivery drivers is heartwarming! It's fantastic to see a big company recognizing and appreciating the hard work of their delivery heroes. The "Alexa, Thank my Driver" program is such a simple yet impactful way to express gratitude. I've often found great deals on Amazon using EmuCoupon, and knowing that part of my purchase can directly contribute to appreciating these drivers makes the shopping experience even more meaningful. Have you tried thanking your Amazon delivery driver through Alexa yet? It's a small act that can make a big difference!
