This brand has very low EPA + DHA per capsule. Waste of money !
Each capsule has only 300 mg omega 3 and out of that 300 mg probably only 150 mg is EPA and DHA

Instead of paying so much for a capsule that does not have enough supplement, buy this one from Walgreens instead, which is on sale today and each capsule has 955 mg of EPA + DHA !!!
