I don't see any link that shows the list of items. Also, for me no need to add gift card. I can directly buy the item for $148 plus tax and its shows the option for either store pickup or ship to home.

They use the Verizon network. I used them for ~ 1 year and had no problems with voice calls. Their data was ok. I often felt it was slower than typical Verizon in congested areas. For overall use, it was fine for surfing the internet. You can't beat the price. //@Anonymous: How reliable is Visible?

Phone is unlocked after 60 days. You can move it to another carrier after 60 days but you need to pay for that extra month of service
