Same here. I dont see a list of items either and the workout bike shows $148 directly //@anonymous: I don't see any link that shows the list of items. Also, for me no need to add gift card. I can directly buy the item for $148 plus tax and its shows the option for either store pickup or ship to home.

Worked for me. The trick is to add the $5 GC to cart, then select "ship as gift" immediately
