The 1st one-time license is for one computer (can be multiple users/accounts in that same computer device). The 4th bind MS accounts lifetime is for one Microsoft account (one user/account), but can be used for different computers with same Microsoft user/account. //@Anonymous: What are the major differences btw 1st one & last? I still prefer to have permanent ownership over software and media, when available. Relying on cloud storage can result in me eventually losing access, or having to jump through certain hoops to access that software/media that I don't like.
