If possible, use cable. Wireless, even with fixed ip, is not active always.
Anonymous
That doesn't work always. I just use cable now. //@anonymous: You need to set your router for fixed local IP address and set your printer for the same fixed IP. This way I didn't have the network problem much. //@Anonymous: WiFi connection can't stay awake more than a couple of minutes when printer goes to sleep, or wake it up by power off/on, or just use USB.

Setup a free KMS server(open sourced, you can run it in docker), and activate your copy of Windows with M$ purposely 'leaked' volume keys, you get a full functioning Windows for free(need to reactivate it automatically against the KMS server every 120 days). Don't feel guilty, you trade your privacy with the free use (as long as you don't use it for commercial purpose), M$ knows it, and allows it. M$ wants your big data.

True. Mine kept blocking the ink if I don't use it often. The color becomes pink so I have to do power cleaning which wastes a lot of ink. This printer starts having issues after 1.5 years. Old HP printers lasted longer than 5 years+ //@Anonymous: need to often print to prevent ink from drying so that block the printer's head. //@Anonymous: I have this, it's pretty crappy printer. Yeah the refillable ink concept is great, but the print head often become dirty and need to be deep cleaned, around every 3 months or so, the process which expends 1/4 of the ink each time, also the waste ink goes to a "maintenance box" that needs to be replaced with a new one.

You don't have to pay to use Windows. Anyone can download the installer and install it. You lose features, but it is still free. Most people get Windows included free with purchased machines. Disabling intrusive data collection is very simple. Cope. //@anonymous: because you don't have to pay to use it. //@Anonymous: Why would anyone use Linux

yes, 34" monitor at least should have QHD resolution.
The price for FHD should be $99, not $199. //@Anonymous: Yep, FHD is too low for 34 inches screen. //@Anonymous: I would be more concerned about the low resolution for 34 size than the curve if you would use it as a computer monitor. //@Anonymous: Good to know //@anonymous: Curved is not good as many others are not. //@anonymous: Not curved?

So good enough for non-developer user? //@anonymous: You can definitely ask for one. This actually is exactly what I use for work. The only thing preventing you from getting one is to lazy to set up a new machine. As for using your own machine for development, that’s not an option. At least in my eight years being a developer, I haven’t stayed in any company allowing me to do development work on my own machine. //@anonymous: But not every company refresh every year //@Anonymous: Who uses MBP for dev work does not have a company provided MBP? //@anonymous: for anyone using MBP for dev work, IMHO this is a good deal.

We own this set, and it is amazing in both construction and detail. Many LEGO sets cost around 10 cents per piece… this set is now around half that cost. Absolutely a deal.

Yes, it has gotten more expensive but they continue to be popular. With the pandemic, more people are at home so this is something that they can do with their kids (or even for their own sanity). Supply and demand. Wishing for it to be cheaper wouldn't make a difference. //@Anonymous: no they are expensive =/ feel the price has gotten worse last few years too //@Anonymous: Or maybe this much money I can build a real treehouse? I (my kids) love Legos but some of these sets are way too expensive. //@Anonymous: Am I the only one feels these are expensive? Even for an adult?

I think you missed the point. I wasn’t saying anything about any one else’s comment except yours. Calling out prices from 3+ years ago is nonsense. Makes zero difference. Change your focus, you might see something nice. //@anonymous: The first response was not me. Apparently I did not think it was a good price, which is why I gave the cheaper price before the pandemic. You really need to improve your logic skills. //@Anonymous: Strange way of saying you think it’s a good price. //@anonymous: Was 60 before the pandemic
