Mine is not good. At the first year, it worked very well. After warranty expired, left side of the earbud keeps disconnecting from the case. I have to put the left earbud back to make it work.

It’s been 4 years since the AirPods 2 have been released and mines still work now when bought on release. //@anonymous: These are suppose to be disposal items at the end. Even when you send these in for repair or battery, they just dispose of them and issue a new pair. Basically the cost to repair/refurbish is not worth the cost of the item. With that in mind, there are plenty of alternative BT ear buds that offer the same sound quality at a fraction of the cost. Of course you can still buy the Airpods, their just not built to last forever //@Anonymous: Because it is the characteristics of the lithium-ion battery //@anonymous: How’d you know that? It hasn’t been 2 years yet since AirPods 2 was released? //@BBQ: The problem for those wireless Headsets is the battery only last for 2 years. They can’t hold charges for long after that.
