I would not buy anything from Lenovo anymore, especially their peripherals. Their technical support is terrible.

Got several small appliances from them. These devices rely on their mobile app to set up and manage. The app will not let you login. Reported it, and they don’t even bother to respond. All my devices are sitting wasted. Very irresponsible.

This thing is a thing of the past (kinda) because many Monitors come with USB-c charging and display. Just connect keyboard and mouse to Monitor, then only thing you need is a high speed USB-C from monitor to laptop. Of course, if you need more USB to dongles and other things like LAN port, you still need a docking station.

That being said, it supports 5k video or up to three 4k video output. If you need that many UHD output, then this is for you. On the other hand, if you use three 4k monitors, you probably need a monstrous desktop, not a laptop.

Be aware that Windows 11 is mandatory. Windows 10 is no longer supported. I switched to H&R Block this year after being a loyal customer for 10+ years.

I dont know about TurboTax but it does import the hrblock files from last year (for carryover loss, etc), I imagine it can just read a pdf of what you filed last year if necessary. I had one x1 carbon from 2018, the battery dies after one month. Switched to M3 chip Mac. My gosh, M chip is 100 times better than Intel chip laptops. Quiet, cool and battery is much better and long lasting. //@anonymous: I’m still using my Lenovo x1 carbon gen 1 from 2013, daily. Running strong.
