AirPods 3 doesn't have noise cancellation, that is the main difference.

You may have allergic reaction with rubber. The AirPod Pro have an rubber part go into the ear channel. You may not have problem before but when we’re aging your body change. I learned it the hard way when I handled the poison ivy. Also you may not react to most of the other rubber but with the Apple’s rubber. 1), M1 is super fast with no heat. 2), Mac is very efficient in using memory. I am a programmer converted from PC to MAC ~ 10 years ago, never look back. Of course, I bought a MacBook Pro, but I got a M1 MacBook Air for my son, he is very happy about it.

Previous gen M1 processors are a better value and should be more than sufficient for 70-80% of all users. If anything, Apple has bad marketing. No professional user is going to buy the MB with low specs, and no average user is going to spend $1.2K+ on it either. They should have significantly lowered the price, or not have an option with 8GB RAM/256GB storage.

Add 4k and IPS then the price is at least doubled. Curved always adds an extra cost too. Anything 27-32+ should consider 4k just for that PPI.

You will always need an IPhone to set the Apple Watch up. It does not have to be on cellular, wifi is fine, but you need an IPhone.
