I am pretty sure problems in the shipping process are not related to the type of product. Unless delivery drivers have a compulsive addiction to canned tuna, in which case these orders might get "lost" more often than order for other types of products. //@Anonymous: I ordered this 24 pack the last time they were on sale at Amazon, got notification that the shipment was on the way. Then after not receiving it for week, checked on its status, and it showed the shipment was lost. After contacting Amazon, they did reimburse me for it and I never got it.
