You reduce the sodium by washing them before prep. The substance they are packed with is to preserve, not meant to be consumed. //@anonymous: Please do not feed your dog this. Sodium level way way way too high. //@anonymous: are these safe for dogs?

But how about cats? Is it safe to feed them to my cat? //@anonymous: I doubt it is safe for dogs, because it is supposed to be consumed by humans //@Anonymous: are these safe for dogs?

I would not even recommend this to human with the amount of sodium it has so definitely not for a dog that is much smaller in size compared to human. Broiled chicken breast are better (though not enough nutrition by itself), chicken drum are ok (dark meat) and can get it cheap at Costco for 99 cents a pound. Even though this seems to be a good deal but vet bills will cost you a lot more. //@anonymous: are these safe for dogs?

Use them for mini corn dogs, kabob, cutting up for rice or chili, and stir frying alongside veggies.
