I have found the subs to be good recently, and haven't had any issues like you describe, in Greenville nc. The prices went up alot. But you can usually find a coupon code for a $6 footlong, or bogo (still works out to $6ish).

There is no phone number to call. I have to call my bank to get refund. Stay away.
