Most local Subway stores will not take online coupon when you place orders online. //@Anonymous: Coupons only work for online order. Stores will not honor these coupons if you place order in person //@Anonymous: No store take coupons. I don't understand why subway still post promotions to waste our time. Or they can post a list which take coupons.

I use the app to order, then pick it up, that way you know the code works.

Seriously? Just pay what they ask (coupon, sale, reg price) or eat something else. You won’t be missing out either way. They are allowed to not accept a coupon they don’t want to participate in. //@anonymous: You are right but can you please tell us the place they are accepting. 2 subways in our area refuse to accept the subway coupons. //@anonymous: So they should stop something that lowers the price for some bc not everyone can use it? I have found the subs to be good recently, and haven't had any issues like you describe, in Greenville nc. The prices went up alot. But you can usually find a coupon code for a $6 footlong, or bogo (still works out to $6ish).

Yap, i had same issue and stuck calling bank. Subway dont have phone support. //@anonymous: Subway losing money. Once I used coupon and went to store to pickup, they told me computer did not send order to store. I show my email. No help and store people were useless. Website is crappy and you can't complain. There is no phone number to call. I have to call my bank to get refund. Stay away.

This reminds me of the $5 for any sub in 2008. After 10 years, you can still get a foot-long sub at $5 (or even less), despite of the inflation. That's impressing.
