I went to Tmobile yesterday. It’s $140 for four lines plus taxes and fees. The third line is free.

this deal is not that great...4 lines $100 but you have to add the tax in..so it is NOT $100 flat out a month. Currently I am run-in 3 lines with Tmobile $100 flat out, taxes and fees are all included. This deal would be great with 4 lines $100 included everything taxes and fees.

Drink couple of beers everyday and thinking about saving in tmobile bill.which is 100 per month for 4 people //@anonymous: From visible, I moved to Mint. And to my surprise, I do not have call drop yet in Mint. While Visible was notorious in DC metro. //@anonymous: Have Visible, verizon network $25 unlimited everything. Never going back to the spotty TMo network.

I moved to T-M after 10 yrs with ATT. I am happy with the move!!! //@Anonymous: Deal might be good but let me share a real story so you guys can make sound decision.

I have been with Tmobile for more than a decade and i can say, the service is not that great. Since last year, it has been horrible with frequent signal drops, calls going directly to voicemail etc. Opened multiple 2nd level tickets with their support but no one actually calls you back or resolves the issue. Its still the same.

Recently, one of their affiliate (authorized store) did a fraud on my account by doing a SIM swap on my cell without any authorization or checking any id. Gave my SIM access to a hacker who then went in and used 2 factor authentication to hack into my email and then into my other financial accounts. All because of Tmobile's fault and internal fraud.

Guess what, Tmobile wont take any responsibility, wont pay for any damages caused by hacker nor would give any details about the fraud or hacker unless police requests those details.

After 10+ years, I have decided to move on since Tmobile does not seem to care or protect their customers or customer's information, rather they try to cover their employees / affiliates so that they dont have to pay for any damages.

Simply, not worth the trust anymore.

Good luck!!

Essentials are not very good. Better to stay with SC if you can.

I have not faced any of such problems as informed by the previous message. Never faced any dropped calls or calls going to vcmail or any crazy account activities. I am happy with Tmo and will continue with them after coming off ATT's atrocious plans..
