If you meant comparing with iPads. The mini has a better CPU than both 10th gen and 9th gen iPads. It can record 4K vidoes while only 10th gen iPad can. It supports 2nd gen Apple pen while neither gen's iPad can..... //@Anonymous: why mini more expensive?

I was lucky to get one from BestBuy local store using price-match when Walmart was on sale and available. The price was $449 after price-match and there is 5% in-store Cashback from third party Cashback website, plus credit card has 10% back up to $25 offer (chase). Combined almost $100 off. If BestBuy store do not have inventory, you can pay local and they will ship to you.

Only iPad Pro series has a 120Hz screen refresh rate, four speakers, and a faster processor and graphics than their other iPads. //@anonymous: thanks. in summary, mini has better chip and good for gaming. I am too poor for this. I waited years for the iPad mini to get back to $200 at target and finally gave up. I got the stupid Lenovo 8 inch. 3gb ram and 1080 screen, and takes micro SD. It's very slow but I paid like $115 with tax. Makes a good reader.

Go look it up. Better resolution (in ppi), better face camera, higher memory capacities, and lighter weight all in mini.
