Dell Inspiron is cheaper with the same specs for sure. But Inspiron is for home use that should be compared with Lenovo Ideapad series. For X1C Gen9, it is a great deal!
You need to try one to realize how great the quality is. I am typing on one right now. It takes a couple of days to get use to the new shallower key travel distance. It feels great to touch and use. And it cost me $22k to get the i7 version.
