$399 has been a pretty common price recently.
Anyone have experience with this and want to share?

Total waste of money.. batteries last 3-5 days at most .. need to recharge one by one .. need pay subscription to USE it .. basic free plan limit most regular & advanced functionalities .. camera motion detection is bad .. records only 3 minutes after motion detections so you won't catch someone stealing something in action .. etc etc. TOTAL waste //@Anonymous: Great product //@anonymous: $399 has been a pretty common price recently.

I've had mine for 2.5 years and have no issues. mine gets triggered a few times a night and batteries last 3-4 months or more. I have a 2 different versions. One of the newer ones the battery lasts a lot less than the older model. Also, the lag on the newer model (of mine) is worse than an older one. You would think this would get better over time- not worse. Video quality is better than ring and some other cameras in my opinion. Worthwhile on a good sale. Decent product but mine is not Pro 2 version either but older. //@Anonymous: Great product //@anonymous: $399 has been a pretty common price recently.

I own Arlo for 3 years now and Blink for 1.5 yrs.
Arlo sucks, Used inside the house | Battery dies faster (3 months)| Needs expensive spl battery on older models | App is slow and bad lag | I dont think its worth.
Blink is awesome, Used it outside the house | Battery lasts 9-10 months | Needs AA battery | App is good and no lag | Totally worth the money //@Anonymous: $399 has been a pretty common price recently.

it seems mixed opinions :) i bought my system last year on thanksgiving from costco the same price as this one. they work very well to me since then. yes, they are once in a while triggered by bees, squirrels, and strong wind because of tree swinging. battery life is highly related to traffic. i charge 2 of them every 2 months.

i have a nest doorbell not camera and it's much better than my arlo. i would assume any nest product is better as i think they are wired and record 24/7. app is better, no lag time, no batteries, etc //@Anonymous: how this product comparing to google nest outdoor camera? thks

better yet! wait for Wyze cam to come out with their outdoor version which should be somewhat soon and spend 70% less.

This base station is VMB3500 (the round one). It does not have siren alarm and no USB port for local video storage. It is same simplified version as selling at Costco. Be aware that you are expecting 12 seconds lagging, and have to totally reply on the push notifications sound on the phone to wake you up when it detects something.
