Nah, the Cap bench is too lightweight. If you’re remotely serious about lifting, this is better. The Cap bench is ok if you’re just watching Youtube videos about lifting though. //@anonymous: Too expensive, $59 cap is good enough

Buy some weights too unless you just want to lift the bench only!

For that price point, unless you really need that stowaway, I'd spend on a higher quality fid bench like Rep or Titan. Bowflex is all marketing.

Used it for a while already and there is no thermal throttle issue like the 14” version. Fast, quiet and smooth like a butter. //@anonymous: The reviews ain't even out yet, as the release date is next Tues, r u tripping... //@Anonymous: Review shows it gets overhead quickly and throttling like crazy. Never buy the first generation.

Ignore that Apple hater. They can't even keep their story straight when they whine about Apple stuff that they can't afford. //@Anonymous: The reviews ain't even out yet, as the release date is next Tues, r u tripping... //@Anonymous: Review shows it gets overhead quickly and throttling like crazy.
