I had a great experience. They accepted my Note Edge with some slight scratch and traded in for $350 last year. I agree with "not enough to get me excited" about upgrading from a Note8. I thought they would at least follow iPhone X and go complete bezel free to bring down the overall phone dimension and keeping the same screen size. Still have not added back the IR. Why does Samsung keep saying it's a revolutionary S pen every year, but it's the same S pen since Note4. The price is same as last year but with 128GB instead of 64GB, if you don't already have an Note8, with the trade in program - it's a fair deal. I think the trade in program last year was better, I got the 360 action camera.
