The box itself is 30 inches with the wheels adding the extra 0.75. It should be ok for checkin.

The single wheels are not good. The suitcase tips over as single wheels get stuck with smallest kink on the ground surface. Pass even if the price is really low.

Item description from seller indicates size clearly: Piece 1 Linear Inches: 64 Linear Inches, Piece 2 Linear inches: 47 Linear Inches. So both are 2 inches over the limits.
