I followed your instruction in different ways: Add 4 lines (or 5 lines) at the same time, or add each line until 4 lines (or 5 lines). However, the result are free for one phone only - it costs $4.99 / month for each other 3 phones (4 lines) or 4 phones (5 lines). Please advise.
