Of course not. The xs max is about $1100/24 ~= $45.83/month for 24 months. ONLY IF you trade in a eligible phone (e.g. you 8+), you will get $750/18 ~= $41.67/months for 18 months. If you do so, during that 18 months you pay $45.83 - $41.67 ~= $4.17/month for the phone.
