Had this for work for a number of years. It's cold and heavy for a 14" and the processor is on par with a cheap i3-N305 processor found on sub-$300 laptop. If someone has been using the USB-C as a charging port, it would probably be worn down. I use the barrel charging port and USB-C to connect a drawing tablet. After 3-yr and about 2,000 connections/disconnections on the USB-C port, it's become flaky.
