Still owe sales tax in most states. PA sales tax is 6% (7 in Pittsburgh and 8 in Philly!) but on car leases there's a further 3% or 9% in most of the state. //@Anonymous: So, for 27 months, it will cost $299*27+$3000=$11073, it's not bad.
