Pore size is not the only characteristic for removing viruses. It could also use elecrostatic charge to remove wuhan coronavirus too. This might work; but like you said, it is not clear from the product description. //@Anonymous: This filter is for removing volatile organics. Without the pore size information you cannot say anything about virus removal performance. It may even be worse than just regular fabric. Who knows. The mechanism for removing volatile organics is adsorption/absorption (this filter is made for) while to block virus, you basically need pore size smaller than the virus. The pore size is not given in the product info. Don't get misleaded because the specifications have long list of things get removed with this filter. But the listed things removed had nothing common with a virus. It may or or may not remove viruses. The price is just the filter replacement. It gets expensive with the face mask. I am more scared of people getting false security and becoming more vulnerable

probably Made in US. Then the cost is reasonable given General Motor's Mask Production Video. Lots of labor is involved. Of coz, it is expensive.

It’s not really sold by Amazon, but from vendor manufacturer who sells on Amazon directly. Unknown brand, be careful.

Cloth masks also work. You can find tons of mask DIY video on Youtube. Add air conditioner filter can make a cloth mask works like a N95.

There is no BFE/PFE rating. Might not be better than home make cloth mask.

Some people have to be realistic. Normally people have work, but at this time they lose their jobs. The price difference here is very minimum, not mentioning that this is essential under this circumstance. //@Anonymous: It used be free at my local clinics. Don't buy these no brand name products. There will soon be plenty of face masks and the government will give them for Free.

If you stay at home most of the time, you really don't need them.
