I switched from Verizon to Visible. Don’t know why, but even the $45 plan with priority had low priority in public areas. Also, slow speed, usually 20 mb/s. No problem when using Verizon, saying that Visible has extremely low priority in the Verizon network. Now switched to another t-mobile network service and all problems are gone

Verizon, instead of giving me a discount started charging more ( maybe a mistake on their part), but the worst thing for me is hours of customer service calls and still no one has a clue how to resolve it. Stay away from these marketing gimmicks.
