They just just a weird unit. This is 20 cup cooked rice, which is probably 8 cup uncooked rice. All other rice cooker use uncooked rice measure their sizes.

I vote for Cuckoo. I haven't used this specific model, but generally speaking, CUCKOO is better built, and makes better quality rice. - So far, I have used 3 zojirushi and 2 Cuckoo rice cookers. - I had used my first Cuckoo for years, until I couldn't find the rubber gasket replacement anymore.
