Samsung trade in is a scam. Traded in a prefect working condition device which was always used in a case, no crack no damage. They simply refused the trade in value and they KEPT the device!!! It's in the fine print they will keep your device even if they refuse the value!!! Stay Away

I saw an interview with one of the BB execs the other day, and they said they have warehouses full of merch, and they will not have shortages this holiday season. They ordered really early, contracted their own shipping company, and even got extra warehouse space to store it all. They will be the ones to watch. Many others were not so on the ball.
