Costco deal is better, this Natural Bounty Fish oil 1200mg only contains active ingredient of 360mg Omega-3 per capsule. Costco has 1400mg Fish oil with 980mg Omega-3. Prescription omega-3 is 1000mg omega-3 per capsule.
