why is it a deal? i bought one for $20 two years ago for soccer world cup. it came with 1 month free of streaming from sling tv which covered the games very well. this is not a deal at all.

no you do do not pay monthly you can use it to stream movies which will cost but if your a prime member you can access prime movies free with tour Prime. Active ingredient is Ethyl alcohol for this sanitizer. I googled ethyl alcohol, and it is just another term for ethanol.
