Operational Life of UV element is just 3000 hours and its hard to source replacement part. With 10 hrs / day run it will be just 300 days, effectively 2 years of run in late fall/ winter.

on the plus side it kinda looks like a ps5, has about the same size data storage space. //@Anonymous: Operational Life of UV element is just 3000 hours and its hard to source replacement part. With 10 hrs / day run it will be just 300 days, effectively 2 years of run in late fall/ winter.

The best thing I liked about this model is that you don't need to sanitize it every week to remove mold. Simply change the filter (every month or so, cost ~ 8 bucks each) makes it lasting for at least 3 winters. //@Anonymous: on the plus side it kinda looks like a ps5, has about the same size data storage space. //@Anonymous: Operational Life of UV element is just 3000 hours and its hard to source replacement part.
