What does the reservation do? Can you change the reservation? I forgot to add the trade in option. Can you add it later on? Or choose a different color?

Can I cancel the service after activation with no penalty?

Anonymous
Nope you can’t

What does unlocked mean then? Dealsea should clarify //@anonymous: Nope you can’t

dealsea.com
Unlocked means this device is not locked to one specific service provider, you can use it with any one you like. Best Buy is giving this discount with the requirement activating it through BestBuy so that they can get some commission back. This is good for those who want to add a new line, not good for those who just want to replace their old ones.

If you activate on your existing carrier (add a new number on existing account), you can cancel the new number anytime after activation. There's no service term commitment. The only penalty is the activation fee, and you keep the phone.

I think you can still replace your old phone but activation fee will be charged..

Thanks. How much will the activation fee cost? Does it mean activation plus one month Verizon bill? Or activation only and then i can use the phone on whichever carrier? Thanks //@anonymous: If you activate on your existing carrier (add a new number on existing account), you can cancel the new number anytime after activation. There's no service term commitment.
