Price looks like a deal until you realize LG discontinued their cell phone business line. LG is notoriously bad on Android updates. Buy only if you don't mind. I will have to stay away from LG products //@anonymous: Is this good?

"Unlocked?" Um, I know it's been a while since I built my own box, but are we at a point now where even CPUs are subject to licensing limitations? Holy crap! This is insane!!

You must have been away from building PC for more than a decade then. The first official "unlock" version of a CPU used in this context was the Sandy Bridge series released in January 2011.

Ever since CPU clock multiplier existed way back in the 486 era, people have been trying to use unlocked ones to achieve simple overlock. Since the mid 90s with the original Pentium, most cpu have come with locked multiplier. For the last decade, the official "unlocked" version have become more of a marketing gimmick rather than actually useful in most situations. //@Anonymous: "Unlocked?" common sense: CPU is NOT cell phone. “Unlocked” means “Unlocked multiplier”, it gives more flexibility for overclocking. Unlocked CPU may run faster.

Thanks. Yes, it probably HAS been well over a decade (I actually went a couple of years without a PC the last time mine died, and when I got ready to do a build, I understood that crytpocurrency mining made components impossible to find, so I had to buy a pre-built box).

I'm actually thinking I maybe used to be familiar with this use of the term, but since I was never big on overclocking, AND since it's been so long, it just looked alien to me at this point. D'oh! //@Anonymous: You must have been away from building PC for more than a decade then. Don't spread false information. Visible phone is always unlocked. This is a super good deal. You can port out a google voice number to qualify $150. Essentially this brings the 12Pro done to $570 + first month + tax ~ $650 depending on your sale tax. //@Anonymous: Phone is locked //@anonymous: yes, you got a visible plan, but what if you will never activate it? penalty? //@Anonymous: You need to get visible plan.

Had it been iPhone 11 Pro I’d have bought it pronto, but iPhone 12 Pro, not so much. Very mixed to poor reviews.

Visible is the most disorganized company and the entire company employees have no clue about your question. They are just a bunch of SOB. Try your best to avoid visible. Just get the phone and leave visible.

Hi, Based on the text below, does it mean I will need to keep the plan for at least 2 months in order to receive $150 CC credit?

Yes two months. Search coupon code for $20 per month. Your total will be $720 + $20*2 - $150 + tax. You don't need to cancel. Just don't pay for the third month. //@anonymous: Hi, Based on the text below, does it mean I will need to keep the plan for at least 2 months in order to receive $150 CC credit?

Yes. To get the credit you have to keep plan for 2 month. You will receive a code to redeem $150 online, and that’s where it get sketchy as they will send the code at the end of 3 month. So you basically have to keep service for 3 months just to get code. //@anonymous: Hi, Based on the text below, does it mean I will need to keep the plan for at least 2 months in order to receive $150 CC credit?

I searched and tried a couple coupon codes but the website did not take any of them. It gave me an error message. so I could not make it to $20 per month. If anyone did that successfully, could you share?
