Based on our personal experience, we ordered 3 mattresses from this company. 2 of them were fine. But the most expensive one (Beautyrest line) had serious sagging issue. We had to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. However, not sure about the reason, the replaced one was still bad. We ended threw away the expensive mattresses and got one from Costco.
