I have one of these and I regret my purchase. Very cheaply made. Shakes really bad when working and it's just 2 months old.

Not sure when people will ever learn. But you most AVOID any & all Samsung appliances! Long standing history of nothing but junk, lack reliability, & short life spans.
Samsung is fine for most tvs and phones. But the Koreans have no clue on building appliances. Best of luck to those who take the plunge.

Stay away from Samsung washers and dryers… These break often and repairs aren’t cheap. The circuit board itself is about 200. Just search for YouTube for washer/dryer recommendations and you will see better (simpler) models from whirlpool and GE. Samsungs are a problem in your ‘bottom’

I agree. Stay away from all the samsung products. All of them are very poor quality. I have all samsung products washer, dryer, gas range, refrigerator, robo vacuum. All broke within 3 years. It’s same case with all my friends and neighbors who own samsung.

I have had a Samsung washer dryer pair for 11 years, and they're still running strong. I replaced the fuse, heating element for the dryer, and the circuit board for the washer. There're plenty of repair videos on YouTube, and you can get cheap parts because of their popularity.

All appliances are built the same these days. All companies build them to break after warranty. If you didnt want them to break, stop buying from Home Depot and Lowes and buy from a reputable manufacturer directly. //@anonymous: Stay away from Samsung washers and dryers… These break often and repairs aren’t cheap. The problem I had with these was that they tend to slip out of my ears constantly. Tried all of the tip sizes. Annoyingly, the pause/play is a somewhat sensitive touch control that you trigger each time trying to keep them from slipping out. Maybe ok if you have big ear cartilage to keep them in, and don't plan on being active.
