I got an invitation last time. I bought the voucher but it said that someone already used it, even before I purchased it. I told them again, again and again that it is their mistake but they kept insisting that I need to pay. At the end, I contacted credit card company for the dispute. Funny thing is that those Groupon guys kept saying that they understand that it is their issue. However, no money back. It took me about month and quite amount of energy. After that incident, I never use groupon. I was lucky that it was just $5 deal.

In August, I had to call Sams club two times to get each of those two gift cards. Please read the fine print, mine required an online purchase over $x for the e-gift card. Useful if you shop frequently and the store near you has not closed recently.

It should be written somewhere in the fine print. For me, I needed to make an online purchase of $50 (or 30) within 10 days of membership activation to be eligible for the $15 e-gift card.
