Here is the fine print:
Activate the phone on a new full service plan (data-only SIMs do not qualify) within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email and keep the qualifying phone active on Google Fi for 120 consecutive days.

Unlockded or lockded?

"The discounted price will automatically apply during checkout. If you do not meet the conditions above, $500 will be charged to your Google Pay account." The phone is unlocked. If you cancel it right way, it is still unlocked. There is no way to lock this phone once it is in your hands. //@Anonymous: Anybody knows if I can cancel its service after receiving the device, I know their phones are all unlocked.

Fi service is great for those who don't use mobile data that much and for international travel.

Dealsea, can you please move the disclaimer at the top of the page to somewhere else
I see your website a couple times a day, this disclaimer doesn't look so nice at the current place
Everyone understands you make money out of the your hard work, that's totally understandable
Thank you for all the years of great work, saved me a great deal of money

Hmmm is it too good to be true? Say I am with ATT now and get $1000 phone and then switch to Verizon. Then ATT sends me $1000 bill and I show that to Verizon to get $1000 credit. That makes the ATT phone free! Isn't that too good to be true? Or I am missing something??

Here's some requirements for the switch promotion (you can view at Verizon by clicking on any phone > Way to save > View details.
> Add a smartphone (retail value over $699.99) with monthly device payments to your cart, then activate on a new smartphone line of service with any Verizon Unlimited plans. You'll get up to $1000 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard per switched line.
> After checkout, visit vzw.com/rebate. Upload your final bill and enter required information (including promo code SWITCH21) which will also be emailed to you in a few weeks of purchase. You must submit within 60 days of activation.
> Receive your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard per device within 8 weeks.
Thanks. //@anonymous: Hmmm is it too good to be true? Say I am with ATT now and get $1000 phone and then switch to Verizon. Then ATT sends me $1000 bill and I show that to Verizon to get $1000 credit. That makes the ATT phone free! Isn't that too good to be true? Or I am missing something??

Many thanks “Cheetah” for details. Do you know if I can switch only few lines from my ATT account - reason of asking is my ATT account will still be open for other lines while my next bill shows penalty for closing lines!

I don't have this answer. You can certainly chat with Verizon reps online to ask them how they handle such situations. Good luck. //@anonymous: Many thanks “Cheetah” for details.
