Sams is not good with free food and instant sign up offers. I signed up on a promotion with a few free items (chicken, family pizza, etc) and none was loaded to my card. Wasted time contacting the support and every time they said somebody from 'another department' will get back to you. yeah right!

Same here again. They seem to be going to forget it. You need to remember the details of the promotion and contact them with it via live chat or phone call.
