Samsung and LG make bad quality products. They look very modern and appealing but only last 2 -3 years. Maybe just bad luck with me, washer, dryer, refrigerator, TV, sound bars all had gone bad in less three years, unbelievable

Not sure about Samsung. My S7 broke right after warranty expired. Never bought anything from Samsung since. I currently have LG w/d, fridge, TV, etc. The only problem I got so far is the dishwasher. //@anonymous: Samsung and LG make bad quality products. I went to Walmart and got the item off the shelf. It was the last one and I was excited. At the register, I was told they cannot honor the online price and charged me $80. I told them I could make an online order for pickup and get the $50 price that way. They said ok. I went home and immediately got an email saying the item was unavailable in the store. The item I just had in my hands 30 minutes prior. I called the store and was told they were not able to find the item. I told them it's just at self checkout. They said that my only option was to have it shipped to me. I gave up and selected ship for my order, and it told me it will take AN ENTIRE WEEK to ship the same item I held in my hands 30 minutes ago, was willing to buy right there, not wasting fuel and logistics. All because the store would not price match.

yep, that's how it works in many places. Dumb and inflexible and not problem solvers... Can say the same about our gov't too.
They wanted a one size fits all policy rather then flexible policy that makes sense and save money. A manager should have the ability to grant that, but nooo...

Manager does have the ability to do it. Whether they’re willing to put in the effort is another story. //@anonymous: yep, that's how it works in many places.
