As I just posted on Facebook:
In my opinion the biggest difference between eBay and Amazon is that with eBay you can tell the "truth" about your experience in their feedback system.
With Amazon whenever you tell the truth this is what you get.
"Thank you for submitting a customer review on Amazon. After carefully reviewing your submission, your review could not be posted to the website. While we appreciate your time and comments, reviews must adhere to the following guidelines."
So to me Amazon is a complete farse and they hide behind their lies, so that they look better!

get what you got, don't get upset. with a lot of other sites (this one included), you don't even get an acknowledgement. Try to send a request to your president and to find out what he talked with Putin about, you will feel better.

I really don't like Starbucks eGift card. I accidentally sent a eGift card to a wrong email address through Starbucks website. I immediately contacted their eGift card support, literally within a minute or two. They told me that there is no way to cancel the order:(
